Appointment by ISG Italia as consultant Finishes Design Manager for the supervision and construction of 67 residential units and of a Mock up exhibition room. The latter is part of a restoration project concerning a residential building in the centre of Milan.

PSC architetti used their past experience to advice, during the first production stage of detailed drawings, on internal finishes and electrical layouts and carrying out the following revisions and verifications.
The drawings’ production run in parallel with cyclic site revisions, necessary in order to make the client aware of the project development, the quality of finishes and any construction variation from the issued drawings.
The appointment included the construction of three mock flats, with different finishes levels, supervised by the firm appointed as Design Manager from design stage to construction.
